Excerpt	Most cleaners contain detergents that leave a sticky residue behind which attracts dirt from normal foot traffic causing cleaned carpets to get dirty faster. For the most part all methods of cleaning leave behind some residue. Purclean™ utilizes an anti-soil re-deposition compound which is a crystalline polymer that "holds" or encapsulates the dirt and prevents it from re-depositing back onto the carpet fibers. As the encapsulated soil dries, it crystallizes into a dry powder and is removed with vacuuming. The result is no sticky residue left behind to attract dirt. Contains the newest technology in carpet cleaning. No petroleum solvents, caustics, glycol ethers (butyl), or fragrance. No bleach or sticky soaps and detergents.
