5600 – Vertex® CCI-A Condensate Corrosion Inhibitor

Wear Safety glasses and gloves. Use with adequate ventilation. Should be continuously dosed to maintain the condensate pH control range specified on the boiler water treatment control charts. Slug dosing of CCI-A may result in erratic pH conditions and or the triggering of boiler salinity alarms. The condensate pH should be tested daily. Adjustments of the CCI-A dosage are made based on the test results in accordance with the recommendation on the boiler water control charts. CCI-A can be fed to any of a number of equally suitable points in the boiler system, such as the condensate pump discharge.
